Job description:
1. Purpose of Job:
- Improve distribution and B+L share by involving key trade partners into the loop of marketing activities of BU
- Develop KA and trade marketing strategy of Pharma BU
- Define the pool of most perspective accounts among key pharmacy chains and distributors nation wide
- Reach agreements with trade partners upon a most effective trade marketing mix in both Moscow and regions
- Align trade activities with major marketing strategy
2. Responisbilities:
- Develop KA plans based on categorisation of the KAs
- Designing trade marketing promotional campaigns
- Regular contacts with with key accounts
- Negotiations with trade partners to agree upon relevant campaigns
- Coordination of trade activities with major BU marketing startegy and company field efforts
- Develop KA capabilities within Russian Field Force
- Create innovative POSM
- Ensure constant replenishment of the regions
- Develop commercial presenters
Who we are looking for:
- Successful at least 1-year long experience on KAM position in Western pharmaceutical/FMCG company
- University education
- Negotiations, presentations, selling skills trainings passed form an advantage
- Good English
- Strong Negotiator
- Ability to travel up to 20% travel
- Team player
