Team Sunshine was established in 2019 for the purpose of educating homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar, and accelerating the transition to renewable energy.

With an innovative “Solar Developer” model, Team Sunshine is uniquely positioned to convert homeowners to solar energy. We have established relationships with every major “Solar Bank” to offer qualified homeowners a variety of solutions, including $0 down financing options.
OUR RESULTS
Because we have a network of diversified installers and partners, we can offer a variety of installation options with or without storage, and an array of different equipment choices, as well as the ability to install on asphalt or metal roofs, and even ground mounts or other structures.

Monthly Salary: 800$
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (EST) - Boston, MA
What You Will Be Doing
• Weekly meet with and support your assigned partners (Google meets/Zoom)
• Prepare and track progress on Partners Customers (
Monday.com)
• Assist and inform the partners about anything going on with each of their projects
What You Won’t Be Doing
• Prioritizing the number of meetings you have over the quality of your interactions
• Direct selling to end-user customers
• Spending most of your time searching and recruiting new partners
• Spending most of your time on the road
Account Manager Key Responsibilities
• Leading weekly reviews and monthly strategic meetings with partners
• Tracking and providing weekly sales support for key deals, ensuring successful closure
• Gaining a deep understanding of our products to inform and educate channel partners
Requirements
• English language (Fluent)
• Work is remote - we just require a quite and presentable workspace (to be able to have meeting and calls
• A workable laptop with a working Camera and Microphone
• Tracking and providing weekly sales support for key deals, ensuring successful closure
• Gaining a deep understanding of our products to inform and educate channel partners

• Stable Monthly Salary (for those in Russia - we do not have a problem with sending the salaries, currently using Binance and Tinkoff for this)
